WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE

Once again we are approaching the Christmas Season. We hope that you had a wonderful 2025 and hope that 2026 can be an even better year for you and your family. With highs and wonderful times, there are always the lows and challenging moments and events that test us and accompany us. We can only know the sweet when we have tasted the bitter - do not falter nor lose faith - this is part of life. As surely as we have our dark hours, as surely the sun will be shining brightly again. Hope and faith will see us through. The Christmas season is to remind us of hope, faith, and to help us know what is important in life. We at Herbs Appliances truly wish you a wonderful Christmas. Good company, good food, presents, forgiveness, kindness, hope, and peace.

Herb is dedicated to great service and is extremely knowledgeable and professional! We highly recommend him. Ron Franks I bought a Atlanta  pellet stove from Herb  at the Kamloops Pellet store and HERE I HAVE TO BE HONEST. I LOVE it and it has saved me a fortune in electricity and propane costs this year. I am now a retired person on pension so heating costs mean a lot to me especially when it is -15 or more here in Cache Creek. I live in a 40 foot Rv and installed this unit but was warned by Herb it might be over kill. Well it is not due to the fact ( you can set the stove temp automaticly) of poor insulation in trailer. normally I get by with less than a 40 lb bag of SPF pellets a day but went it dips to -15 or more I go thru 2 bags per 24 hours. Ok so you are going to ask how does it preform. Well I had a warranty related prob a month or so after I bought it, a damn rocker on/off switch failed. I called herb to explain the prob and he said he had a replacement part there. I drove to his store to get part and installed it. Works perfect now. He at this time told me he would ship or if near me bring any parts out if in the vicinity right away. The heat from this stove is dry unlike propane- where windows sweat etc. I now have no moisture problems so no mold concerns etc. I do not care where this stove was built, as it works excellent and keeps me warm, so I would say in all honesty that for the price compared to other pellet stoves this is an awesome buy and stove. This stove cost me about the same as people try to sell a used one for. All said and done all I can say is thanks Herb!!1 Leonie Alston I have known Herb's appliance for 20+ years.
